What is the state of VR in 2019?

In 2019 a lot of suggestions and foreshadowing is being made of what VR will become. A lot of the discussion is about how the eyes of the person using VR need to be monitored more closely and also how a person needs to be able to use their hands. Because of this researches are developing a device that will use bluetooth to connect the hand and eyes for a person using VR to have the full experience.
